As the first European green coffee supplier, Trabocca has recently made online purchasing of green coffee possible, giving new and existing customers grip on their buying at any place and at any time. To streamline the processing of orders from our Online channel and to support our team in the center of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we are looking for a:

Sales Operations Coordinator (fulltime) – Maternity leave replacement

The mission of the Sales Operations Coordinator will be to improve the order turnaround time, raise the bar on customer service above industry standard and reply to customer requests at lightning speed. Finalists in our recruitment process will be asked to arrange his/her own reference calls with previous managers.

Tasks

Create new customers and sales orders in our ERP system.
Process orders and hand over to the logistics partners.
Handle and follow-up sample request.
Arrange necessary export documentation for orders and samples.
Provide customer support via phone, e-mail, and chat.
Complaint handling for business conducted through our online channel.
Monitor incoming payments and outstanding pro-forma invoices.
Manage the online channel inbox.

Key competencies

Intelligence: Candidate is able to absorb information quickly.
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role or other roles in the same industry.
Passion/ Enthusiasm: Exhibits dynamism, excitement, and a positive can-do attitude. Passion for coffee!
Team player: Inspires peers to contribute to the companies goals.
Education: Candidate has the fitting education level or similar proven competence.
Accuracy: Achieves thoroughness and accuracy through concern for all the areas involved.
Language: Possesses skills in written and verbal English, Dutch or other is a plus.
Computer savvy: Able to quickly learn to use several computer systems.
Customer focused: Always keeps internal and/or external customer(s) in mind.
